REFUND POLICY
In order to guarantee the best assistance service, DygoDesign is always available to its customers for any information related to its products and their maintenance.
In compliance with current legislation on consumer rights, the customer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the purchased product, to return it with relative refund or to replace it with a new product by paying any difference.
To make the return it’s mandatory to fulfill the forms below; the refund will be carried out by bank transfer to an account indicated by the Customer no later than 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the product by DygoDesign.
All shipping costs will be borne by DygoDesign.
If the customer wishes to replace the product, please indicate the new desired product. You will receive a telephone call within 48H by our customer service for further instructions and to manage any price difference. In the case of a customized product with dedicated engraving, it WILL NOT BE possible to make a Replacement.
PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases made on the website www..dygodesign.com can be paid by Bank money transfer, credit card, American Express, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
It is not possible to accept payments in cash and by bank check.
Each purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce and with encryption systems (SSL) to protect your personal data and your credit card information from unauthorized access.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase.
You can check the status of your order at any time in the appropriate section of your profile only if you have created an account.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
If you need an electronic invoice, we ask you to place the order and once received send an email containing the billing data to info@dygodesign.com.
SHIPPING
All DygoDesign elements are produced only on the basis of the customer’s choice and starting from the moment of the order so as to guarantee the uniqueness of the chosen piece and a standard of absolute excellence. Due to this commitment, delivery is expected within 7 working days from the purchase.
PRODUCT CARE
For the cleaning of DygoDesign elements, ordinary alcohol-based products should be avoided; it is preferable to use a microfiber cloth, possibly moistened with simple warm water.
